sometimes i like to troll around on flickr...just plugging in 'corace' and seeing what happens. above is one of my favorite accidental photos of an image of my brother, jason. accidental b/c the first time i did a 'corace' search i was happily surprised to find this. he's my best friend...and in this photo he just looks so damned hospitable.
this is my second favorite accident...they're coraces. no coraces i know, but there they are. corace isn't a uber popular name...so to find others, especially photographically, is inspiring in an alternate universe sort of way.

I saw it and I thought of your lists of books and things, and I think I remember reading somewhere that you are into marine biology and such things (though, of course! Why isn't everyone, I wonder?)
i don't know what jason is drinking. he was in belgium at the time for some sort of multi-media, design and technology show. most likely it is not tequila but some fancy french/dutch liquor. i will have to ask.
