...you should know...

'little hoot'
, my second book with amy krause rosenthal and chronicle books is out and about in the world. i think it made it's way into the stores on the 8th. it semi-slipped my mind...because, you know, i am a little more preoccupied with teaching the dog his name and trying to remember the last time he went out...

I've just ordered it and can't wait to see it! It looks wonderful.
I'm a fan of your work and your blog is fun to read~ :) I lived on Beacon Hill about 6 years ago before moving to Alaska. I liked it alot. I could see the ship yards and the Starbucks building from my window.

I told my boyfriend, who works in a large bookshop here in Edinburgh, about 'Little Hoot' and he's ordered several copies for the shop :o)

Keep up the fantastic work Jen.

Little Hoot is a joy to look at and read! I like the balance between your bright colors and the wonderful white space. Congrats on a perfect little book!

I have to say I just saw this book in a store today and had to buy it. it stood out through swarms of ugly childrens books. the illustrations are absolutely adorable. (well the whole thing is really)
it made my day. <3
